Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Yaadein at https://www.yaadein.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

1. Nature of the Service & YouTube API Compliance

Yaadein is an interactive frontend web application designed to curate and celebrate golden-era Indian music, 90s Bollywood tracks, and retro truck-art cultural aesthetics.

Official YouTube API Services Terms of Service Compliance:

Yaadein utilizes the official YouTube IFrame Player API to stream video and audio content. Yaadein does not download, rip, scrape, transcode, store, or host any audio or video files on its own servers. All media playback occurs directly via official YouTube player endpoints.

By using Yaadein, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All original source code, custom graphic elements, user interface design, logo marks, and editorial articles authored by the Yaadein team are the intellectual property of Goutam Septa and Yaadein.

All song titles, lyrics, musical compositions, album artworks, and artist names displayed on the site remain the exclusive property of their respective copyright holders, music labels (including T-Series, Saregama, Tips, Venus, Sony Music India, and YRF Music), and the YouTube video uploaders. Yaadein claims zero ownership over third-party musical content.

3. Permitted & Prohibited Use

When using Yaadein, you agree that you will not:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract copyrighted audio tracks from the underlying YouTube players.
  • Use automated bots, crawlers, or scrapers to overwhelm our servers, disrupt streaming performance, or commit click fraud on displayed advertisements.
  • Frame or embed Yaadein within an unauthorized third-party application or commercial service without prior written consent from the site creator.

4. Advertisements & Third-Party Links

Yaadein displays third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any products, services, or claims promoted by third-party advertisers. Your interactions with advertisers found on or through the website are solely between you and the advertiser.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on Yaadein's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Yaadein makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Yaadein or its developer (Goutam Septa) be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or audio player on Yaadein.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
